About Kenley

Kenley Hockey Club, based at Kenley Sports Club, has a well-equipped clubhouse and two grass pitches; our astroturf pitch is a few miles away at Warlingham School. The Sports Club also includes Kenley Cricket Club and Kenley Bridge Club.

Kenley Hockey club is for all ages and all abilities. If you want to play good competitive hockey or have a social run out on a saturday or sunday then Kenley could be for you.

We run 4 Mens sides across 4 divisions of the Surrey Open Hockey League and a Veterans XI which solely play on grass and offers the social benefits of only afternoon games both at home and in the Surrey/Kent area.

After a recent influx of Shirley/Phoenix Ladies Kenley now holds 3 Ladies sides across 3 divisions in the Surrey Ladies Hockey League and the number of ladies is growing and growing.

A mixed side ("The Originals") play on sundays throughout the season and our U'14 colts side has training or matches every sunday throughout the season.

Training is available for all on Thursday evenings at Warlingham School between 7.30pm and 9.30pm and is boosted this year by our members who are now qualified to level 1 coaching.

Socially is where some may say the club is at its best! We hold many social functions throughout the season, we the features being the annual club dinner and the AGM held at the end of the season. On top of this there are quiz nights, comedy nights and hockey tournaments other "lets have a drink" nights.
